A weird exchange nobody really trades on, Orderbook.net, has run into some trouble with the CFTC.
ICBIT.se was actually the first bitcoin futures platform that existed, and Orderbook.net acquired them. But OKCoin is what really turned the industry on its head and now dominates with over $250 million in reported volume per day total across their weekly, biweekly, and quarterly contracts.

It has 3 contracts trading apparently: Daily, March '16 and June '16. But theres no trading going on them at all really.
