The enforcibility of the contract is sketchy to say the least. The anonymous hacker is called "Cryptcracker" (probably a group) and the individual who signed the contract appears to have written "Wrecker" or "Wrecked". Either way, Vernon appears to be desperate and just wants to get his business back underway, unless he's involved in the heist to begin with and just going along with the ruse.
One silver lining to the whole episode is that if this all goes well then the funds will actually be back in Cryptosy's posession. So it's good that the customers will get their money back, that is the most important.
However, as a business they should just close down. Don't trust a place that has had such chronic problems. Why anybody would trust trading on that site after all that has happened, I don't know. Since last year we have been warning of issues from Cryptsy.
